A project is usually a temporary activity designed to develop unique solutions, products or services. The temporality means that every project has clear beginning and completion dates. The main goal of IT projects is to achieve more efficient performance of business processes and/or to reduce the company’s operating costs. Besides, it can also be an IT product development project.

Using Agile project management methods, the creation of products or services is organised in short iterations (2 to 4 weeks). Upon receipt of the first functioning version, a few weeks after the start of the project it is possible to clearly assess the project scope and potential risks. This will ensure that the project will not exceed the budget, will be completed in due time and our goals will be achieved in full.

In developing Project management techniques, we usually apply Agile and in particular Scrum practices, not ignoring the Waterfall model too.

The most commonly used Project phases are as follows

  1. Analysis
  2. Technical Specification
  3. Selection of Supplier
  4. Development
  5. Deployment
  6. Test & QA
  7. Go Live

We can take care of the management of small and medium IT teams. It’s about working together to find the most efficient way for a business to achieve its goals.
